Hey, look, it's me!

Growing up as a Chinese Costa Rican, I built knowledge and understanding of the social and cultural aspects of Asian and Western cultures which allowed me to tackle problems and come up with solutions in creative and multicultural ways.

I have a BA in Computer Science from the University of Costa Rica, studied Software Engineering in University of Málaga in Spain and have a Web Development and UX Design certificates from BrainStation. I've worked in startups, small companies and Fortune 500 companies.

I'm passionate about Software Development including User Experience, Frontend and Backend development. I love adventures, traveling, and planning roadtrips! I take photos wherever I go, you can check them out on my Instagram!

Experience

Frontend Developer working on MCMP Enterprise Marketplace (EM), a cloud-based self-service application that lets you order and manage cloud services from IBM, AWS, Azure, Google, etc. Implemented user stories, made UX decisions and rewrote components to become accessible.

Developed business and communication strategies to achieve objectives and improve work processes. Managed the frontend team and project. Recruited and trained new team members to their position and responsabilities.
